1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

2. Our Response to Copyright Notices

After receiving a valid infringement notice, Lightenwells may remove or disable access to the material in question and may notify the user who submitted the content.

We may also take appropriate action against users who repeatedly submit infringing content, including restricting or terminating access to relevant Site features.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent.

Required Information for a Counter-Notification

Your counter-notification should include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. Federal District Court
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice, or that person’s authorized agent

Restoration of Content

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original claimant.

Subject to applicable law, we may restore the removed material no earlier than 10 business days and no later than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification, unless we first receive notice that the claimant has filed a court action seeking to prevent restoration of the material.

4. Misrepresentations

Please do not submit false or misleading infringement notices or counter-notifications.

A person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages under applicable law.

We may update this DMCA Copyright Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
