Warranty

Effective Date: August 13, 2026

At Lightenwells, we stand behind the quality of our products. This 3-Year Limited Warranty applies to eligible Lightenwells products purchased directly from lightenwells.com and delivered to customers in the United States or Canada.

1. Warranty Coverage

Lightenwells warrants that eligible products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended home use for three (3) years from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers damage or product failure caused by a verified manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship.

If a covered defect is confirmed, Lightenwells may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product;
• Provide a replacement product or replacement part; or
• Provide a full or partial refund, where appropriate.

2. What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or product failure caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling;
• Use contrary to the product instructions, warnings, or intended purpose;
• Unauthorized modification, disassembly, alteration, or repair;
• Improper installation, storage, maintenance, or cleaning;
• Damage caused by drops, impact, liquids, power surges, or external events;
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear that does not affect product function;
• Commercial, rental, or other non-personal use; or
• Any customer-caused or other human-caused damage.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage resulting from a customer’s actions, improper use, or external causes is not eligible for warranty coverage.

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email support@lightenwells.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase;
• The email address used to place the order;
• The product name;
• A clear description of the issue;
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue, when available.

We may request additional information to evaluate your claim. Please do not send a product to us before receiving instructions from Lightenwells.

4. Warranty Review

After receiving your claim, we will review the information provided to determine whether the issue is covered by this warranty.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for the available remedy. We may require the return of the product or the affected part before issuing a replacement, repair, or refund.

5. Limitations

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or territory. Nothing in this warranty limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
