Welcome to Lightenwells. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lightenwells.com (the “Site”), as well as your purchase or use of products offered by LUMIHUE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, doing business as Lightenwells (“Lightenwells,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site.
At this time, Lightenwells ships only to addresses in the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship to other countries or regions.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability on the Site are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
Product colors, packaging, dimensions, finishes, accessories, and other non-material details may vary slightly from images or descriptions due to display settings, production updates, or reasonable product improvements. Such variations do not affect the intended core function of the product.
We may modify, discontinue, limit, or update products at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Lightenwells products are intended for general wellness and personal-use purposes only.
Our products, Site content, product descriptions, guides, educational materials, and customer communications are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, condition, or medical problem.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a Lightenwells product if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, use prescription medication, have light sensitivity, or have any questions regarding your health.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical advice because of information available through the Site or use of a Lightenwells product.
Submitting an order through the Site is an offer to purchase the selected product(s). An order confirmation does not mean that we have accepted your order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including where we reasonably believe that:

All prices on the Site are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other required charges will be shown at checkout before you submit payment. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, import charges, or fees that are disclosed at checkout or imposed by the destination jurisdiction.
Payments are processed through PayPal, including eligible credit card payments made through PayPal checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Our standard estimated order handling time is 1–5 business days. Estimated transit time after shipment is generally 5–7 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, customs processing, address issues, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping details, available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and applicable costs shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy form part of your order. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific shipping estimate displayed at checkout, the checkout information will apply to that order.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Lightenwells is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information provided by the customer.
Our returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
In summary, eligible products may be returned within 90 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in that policy. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, Lightenwells will review the issue and may provide a prepaid return label, replacement, replacement part, or refund, as appropriate.
Our products are covered by our Limited Warranty Policy.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended home use for three years from the delivery date. It does not cover customer-caused damage, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, improper use, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by failure to follow product instructions.
You may create an account to access certain Site features, view order information, or manage account preferences.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and to promptly update it if it changes.
Please notify us immediately at support@lightenwells.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.
The Site may allow customers to submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, or other content (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you represent that:
All reviews and User Content are subject to moderation. We may review, refuse, remove, edit for formatting, or decline to publish User Content at our discretion, while preserving applicable consumer-review rights.
By submitting User Content, you grant Lightenwells a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, and publish that User Content for operating, promoting, and marketing Lightenwells and its products, subject to applicable law.
The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, product designs, photographs, logos, trademarks, videos, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Lightenwells and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Site only for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission.
“Lightenwells” and related logos, names, and brand elements are trademarks or trade dress of Lightenwells or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Except for the express 3-Year Limited Warranty, Lightenwells disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lightenwells and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Site, products, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Lightenwells for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or certain consumer-protection rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lightenwells and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the Site, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@lightenwells.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the laws of your state, province, or territory provide consumer protections that cannot be waived.
Any legal action arising from or related to these Terms, the Site, or a purchase from Lightenwells must be brought in the courts of Hong Kong, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted means that you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
